How do I achieve the quilt top effect? I am making a pillow and would like to use the puffy quilt effect for the top.

I use a tracing wheel I think it's called...you find it in the sewing department, it looks like a mini pizza cutter only it's blunt not sharp...let me find a pic of one and I'll attach a cake I used it on so you can see the effect you get with it too!
it looks exactlly like this but it's not serated the "blade" part is just smooth and not sharp at all
