am making a 4 stack wedding cake and am not sure witch pans I should use its for 250 people and she only wants a 4 tier cake?

here is a link to a serving chart. It will tell you the size of the pan and the servings by round or square pans. Hopefully that will help!! icon_smile.gif

Looks like it may be hard to get without a really large bottom tier if you are going 4 in difference. Maybe some sattelite cakes or a sheet cake to add not displayed might help too.
