Does anyone know of a glaze or ganache that works with white chocolate? We use a nice shiny dark chocolate glaze, but I haven't found any way to do the same thing with white chocolate.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I don't think white chocolate has the ingredients to shine as much as dark chocolate. It is still very good. Just use your regular recipe, but use less cream or more chocolate. White chocolate generally makes a thinner ganache.
