Hi, i made my friend a chocolate cake w/ chocolate pudding in the middle... well, she said the cake was dry and that the pudding was crusty on the outside? is this possible? i dont get it. i have never had this problem? and everyone loves this chocolate cake?
I can't imagine what could have happened. How would the pudding get crusty if it is sealed inside the cake? Hopefully, someone will have words of wisdom for you. I wonder how your friend stored the cake before it was eaten.
