I have a lady wanting a cake that is an ice rink with skating fairies. What should I make the firies out of? I have just started working with fondant and have not made any people out of it yet. If that is what I should use, is there a good place to learn about modeling fondant?Thanks for your help

Wilton classes are great for learning fondant, unless you don't have the time or money. Otherwise, just practice! Make little fairies or teddy bears, and work on them until you're happy with the results. If you've gotten far enough to have a cake order, you know that practice makes perfect!!!
