Hi,

Does anyone know the recipe for chocolate paste? This paste can be use to mould roses.

i knew the recipe but can't really remember the ratio.

All that is need is chocolate and liquid glucose if I'm not wrong.

Melt the chocolate using double boil method then add in the liquid glucose. let it cool then kneed it.

The problem is that I forgot the ratio. Can anybody help me pleaseeee !!!

There's a recipe in the files on this website. 500g chocolate to 150g glucose. There is also liquid sugar added too.
