Can someone please tell me how to bake a taller cake using an 8 x 2 square pan. I know it is done using parchment paper, but how and how much mix would I use in each pan.

For the 8" square pan, when I want a higher cake, I usually bake two and then just stack them on top of each other with icing or filling in between.
