Here is a link to the website where you can get a ton of info provided by Cali4dawn. She explains how to do a BCT, make a Cupcake cake and even fill the cupcakes.

Have fun!
What tip is used to color in a buttercream transfer? I have never done this before, but I would really like to try!!
A lot depends on what size transfer you are making and the details on it. I use the round tips, 1, 2, 3 mostly but sometimes use 5, 7 or 10 even when the design isn't detailed and I have a large area to fill in.
Have FUN, BCT's are really great to work with I think!!
Like smileyface said ~ the detailed areas need a smaller tip. You can use a larger tip for filling in the larger areas.

Sorry, posted the same link as Debbie. Here is the right link to Dawn's website. Tons of great info and help

I've used parchment paper BUT I always grease my paper before doing the BCT.. Just to be safe!
