Does anybody own a tempering machine? If you do what brand and are you happy with it. I am in the market for one and want to start researching them so I can get the best deal my money can buy.
I have a small one that I got out of a catalog..Brylane home, and it works so well..I just wish it was larger. I feel that it was worth the money.
How much tempered chocolate does it hold? I want to get one that will suit my purpose.
I'd say maybe between a 1/2 pound to 3/4 maybe even a full pound. It still works great for its size and man it makes working with chocolate so so much easier!!
