Hi does anyone know where I can buy Satin Ice or Fondex from in Australia. I keep hearing how yummy they taste on this site and want to try them out on my cakes. At the moment I use Bakels. Thanks!

Try jlstewart.com.au they are at Glendenning NSW and I know they were selling Fondex not sure about Satin Ice though. You could always give them a ring.

both for Fondx, I don't know about Satin Ice, prefer Pettinice myself, have tried the Fondx after hearing people rave about it but didn't find the wow factor in it personally. But I am believer that one should try it out for themselves first!

I agree with nicolevoorhout, my friend who has tried fondx isn't impressed by it at all and said it went a funny colour after a short time.
