Thank you for looking.
Those are all just wonderfully amazing!!
I can't decide if I like Fondant/Gumpaste or Colorflow better, since we just finished the Colorflow class, but this was my first Fondant/Gumpaste Cake- I veered a little bit from the cake we were supposed to make in class......I was at a loss during class with the "drape" and flowers, and had dreams of this cake ALL NIGHT....so this is what I got up and made for class! I tend to BEND the rules with everything I do, but it turned out because It was a Hit! Just glad I didn't get in trouble for not making the cake I was supposed to!

I spent 32 hours making bobers, lures, pliers and fish as well as the fishing spools and line out of gumpaste, and then one hour to frost. I ran out of time. Good thing it was for my brother in law.

jules06 - my computer had a glitch and went nuts with my comment.....so sorry. But I do love that tree!!!!!!!!!!!!!
************************************************************
Here is my Sacred Heart, I don't think it got the notice it deserves. It was one of only 22 pieces chosen out of hundreds for the juried 25th Annual Spiritual Arts Show where it was shown to the public for over a month. I have to say here, sugar is just not done in the art world folks! This was a big to do for us, but alas, my poor sugar sculpture was poorly neglected on CC........
I dare anyone to figure out how I balanced the halo disc on the base! And yes, it was all edible.

I love this, all the photos are great and deserve more notice.
So here's my thumbs up to you all....
I can't really say these have been under noticed, but they are one of my favorite gumpaste pieces.

Tiptop, I just figured you really, really liked my bonsai !!!!
I have so enjoyed looking at all the works of art. I don't know how to attatch a link or a photo here, but the most uncommented one is my golf cake. I am just happy when people take a look.
Thanks so much for starting this thread! I just finished 2 different pieces this month that got next-to-no notice here, so I'm chomping at the bit to post them here!
All the pieces I've looked at so far are AWESOME!! Great job folks!
