Has anyone ever heard of a cream cheese glaze? I have a french vanilla cinnamon spice cake that I made and I think a cream cheese glaze would be delicious on it, but haven't found a recipe for that. So I don't even know if there is such a thing or if it would work. I was wanting something kind of like the powdered sugar glaze that you would put on cinnamon rolls but with cream cheese.

TIA

I make a cream cheese glaze for my cinnamon rolls, it is 1/2 package cream cheese, softened- 1/4 cup butter softened,-1 cup conf. sugar,- 1/2 tsp. vanilla, and 1 1/2 tsp. milk. I usually double this recipe. I have also used it on a pumpkin cake also.

Thanks so much! I was just about to experiment! Thanks, I think I will try yours! I haven't tried the cake yet, it is for a get together this evening, but I think it would be good with a cream cheese glaze! Thanks for your help!
