Hi fellow cake decorators! I'm hating the new Crisco! I did a cake last night and today at work, the icing is sliding south, making ugly bulges at the bottom. I know it's the new Crisco that is the issue.

I want to buy high-ratio shortening now but don't know where to buy in my area, any Rancho Cucamonga decorators out there that can give me a places to buy?

Please help!

Pila's Pantry, Temecula and Norwalk. Go on their website they only advertise 2lb containers but they will sell 50lbs. Just e-mail them, they are very nice. The brand they carry is Sweetex. I don't know how far that is from you. I have my husband pick it up to save on shipping, as he drives by Temecula store at least every other month.

oops, sorry that should be NORCO not norwalk
