real ones or sugar ones? I made real ones once when i was 17. It was fun! I'll have to dig out the recipe it that's what you're looking for. icon_biggrin.gif

Google fortune cookie recipes. They are soooo simple to make but it takes a little practice. Timing of cooking and then folding is very very important.

Can you make sugar ones? i some some large ones too ( almost one pound and the size ofa football ) but I wanted to make smaller versions of these and sell them. Some are dipped in chocolate and sprinkles etc but I can't find a tutorial or recipe for these. help anyone?
