Recipe For Non-Dairy Whipped Icing Like Costco Or Sam's
Decorating By denaann Updated 1 Mar 2005 , 8:18pm by nashsmom
Does anyone have a recipe for a non-dairy whipped icing like the one at Costco or Sam's Club? I need an icing suitable for use under fondant which cannot be kept in the fridge and I'm not a fan of traditional buttercreams. Anyone have a suggestion for me? Or where I could buy the actually whipped icing they use at Costco or Sam's in The Kansas City, Missouri area
Look for Rich's Products. They sell a good non-dairy whipped cream icing. You mix it yourself. It comes in liquid form.
See if you have a friend that can obtain items through Sysco. Sysco may carry a product like this.
Denaann,
they sell the bettercream at Sam's here , maybe you could ask
if they sell it too.
I have a recipe that uses Dream Whip that is good. If you give me your email I will email it to you.

I sent you a pm with my email
Thank you!
For sure ask Sam's club! There isnt much they dont or wont sell to make the member happy. Trust me I worked for them 7 years, wish I never quit~
Here's a link to a recipe I posted for whipped frosting. http://www.cakecentral.com/cake-decorating-ftopict-711-.html
