Has anyone used the white chocolate buttercream recipe on this site? I was wondering what measurements were used?, the ingredients are listed by weight, but I don't havce a scale. Also how much does it yield?...thanks!!

But here are two that use measures not weights:
The second recipe calls for 1 cup of sugar; my experience says that it might take up to 2 to 2 1/2 cups of sugar. Also make sure that when you add the melted chocolate is has cooled (but not hardened). Once you have added a full cup of sugar, let the icing sit for a few minutes to make sure it is all at room temperature. Then check for consistancy. As I said you might have to add more sugar.
