i feel you pain but that's a funny description. is it her body that looks too big or her face? if its her body, can you outline her in the same color of frosting as the background color (overlapping a little over the parts that you want to slim) --- anyway, good luck!

How are you adding her to the cake? Is she made of buttercream over buttercream, FBT, Chocolate transfer or 3D Fondant??

She is 3D fondant and she will be sitting on top of the cake!

oops! didn't realize she was 3-d when i posted before. is she already dry? i've had this happen before when i let them dry vertically instead of flat on their backs (they settle sometimes and become more squatty) - i bet she looks better than you think but if its too late to pinch off extra "weight", could you put a plastic tinkerbell on top...or a toy? i'm sure the customer would understand if you are that unhappy with her... good luck!

She is OK from the front, as long as you don't look at her from the side or back she lookds alright!!
