I have seen several people make two tone bc roses. Could someone please tell me how to do this. I would like to put them on a cake for this weekend.

i do know one way is to put a stripe of color in the pastry bag

Well, you can do it one of two ways. You can either use a paintbrush and paint a paste coloring stripe up one side of your bag (also called bag striping) or you can take a different colored frosting and apply a strip of it up one side of your bag (like bag striping, but this one is called spatula striping and is done with frosting rather than coloring)
Oh yeah, you could "paint" whichever style up the seam or crease in your bag to keep track of which side you've striped. Be sure to place the thin end of the rose tip where your striping is.
Which one gives a more natural look?
Well, the coloring will certainly give it a much bolder color at first. For a more natural look, I would go with the thin layer of icing... I would also suggest an angled spatula so your strip won't be too wide.
