I'm wanting to make a tiffany gift box but want to make sure about the color. Is this a mixed color or does anyone know the name of the paste I should buy.

I think it's just another term for that shade of blue......wilton actually makes a ready made fondant that color......it's just pastel blue (but their fondant tastes like *&^%) anyhow......just try using a little sky blue
