Hi MrsMissey, I was looking at your cakes all of them are just wonderful! I try to get my water to look like your (like you did on you beach cake for your local restraunt) but it just don't turn out that way. Can you give me a pointer or two?

I iced the cake in white buttercream and then, with an angled spatula, i scooped some blue icing and spread it on top of the white. When I was spreading out the bue, I I pushed it into the white and blended the two together. Finally, I sprinkled the "water" with edible glitter. Hope I explained that well enough!
