I got this great book and it had a beautiful presentation for some tea sandwiches and I've been wanting to make them for about 4 years now..lol

So..today..I'm going in! Dont stop me now!

The BRIOCHE is a two day process..ugh...so....since no one want's naughty cakes this week I'm going to flex my BREAD muscle and putting my baking and pastry degree to work here!

Wish me luck!!!

Will post pics no matter HOW they turn out...and if worse comes to worse, I will finish my golden boy pillow cake..YES..that is still pending...lol

Haven't had time to make them yet, but Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa) has a receipe for mini brioche rolls, if you want the receipe it is on foodnetwork.com

Let us know how they turn out!

I adore brioche, but I've only ever made a one-day recipe. I bet a 2-day will be delicious!

Let us know how they turn out.
