Maybe this is a silly question, but how do you knead your fondant? I find that I tend to knead in air bubbles. I am usually able to get them out by pricking them with a pin, but it would be really nice if they werent there in the first place. I have heard that it is better to knead fondant like clay, as opposed to kneading it like bread, but I am not really sure what that means.
Any suggestions or tips?

Thanks!

I knead it like playing with playdough. I also give it to my kids to knead. Try twisting it and smushing it back together several times.
