Just my take on this blue puppy for a boy's 2nd birthday.....covered in fondant...all fondant decorations

Your cake is tooooo cute! What did you use for the figures/chair? (I've never seen cutters)!!! Would love any instructions you have to share.

Kansaslaura is right...it's an edible image that I stick on a piece of fondant shaped like the banner.

I'm a really good copier (I should have been a counterfeiter)...I used my daughter's book as a reference and just cut the rolled out fondant with an exacto. I guess if you trace a picture on to parchment, you can easily use that as a template.
