Has anyone ever used any amoretti products in either cake batter, icings, or fillings? Any sugguestions would help.
I use them all the time....if you can afford it they are hands down the best quality and awesome customer service!
One of the samples I received was the raspberry swirl. I mixed some fresh raspberries into it and used it as a filling for my WASC cake. It is yummy! I swirled some into my whipped icing and it gave it a subtle flavor.
I have used their compounds in batters, fillings, and frostings and love them! Terrific customer service, too . They are pricy for those of us who bake just for fun, but the flavors are amazing.
They are fabulous. They sent me a bunch of samples & I loved using them. I am going to order some when I am in California in December & go & pick them up in Oxnard, that way I avoid the awful shipping cost to Hawaii. The flavors are absolutely amazing.
