Hi.
I am making filled cupcakes for Sunday and Monday. I am using a cooked chocolate icing filling and Calidawn's Twinkie filling recipe. I am using the Hersheys Perfectly Chocolate cake recipe for the cupcakes. This cake is extremely extremely moist!!!! Can anyone tell me how far in advance I can fill these cupcakes? I don't want them to get soggy. Can someone please tell me????

I have filled them like 3 days in advance and then kept them in an air tight container.....
