Congratulations!

Where in WNY? I live in Syracuse, but went to school in Rochester and Buffalo. Also, do you mind sharing whether or not you have a separate kitchen? If not, what did you have to "add?" Thanks and hooray for you!

i'm in genesee county. the guy was nice, but he barely looked at anything. here i spent time cleaning out my fridge and making sure there was no food on the inside of my microwave and he didn't open a thing. oh well. so he says i'm good to sell to whomever i'd like. just nothing that needs to be refridgerated. i asked about the double crust pies and he said he didn't know why just because. icon_confused.gif i asked about candy clay and putting melted chocolate into my cakes and he said it changes with the bosses so its an unclear topic also. so now i have to pay my insurance and Crumbs is open for business. i've already got all paperwork for everything else filled out. and all my i's dotted. this was sooo much easier than i thought it would be. and the best part, he doesn't have to come back ever. so no stress unless i want commercial equiptment and have to have a separate kitchen. i didn't have to add anything. he wasn't even going to walk into the backroom where i have a work area set up.

Wow, that's wonderful! I'm going to definitely check here in Colorado. It just might be the same case.
