We did the MMF on a dummy cake at tcturtleshell's DOS. I thought it went well... we demonstrated how to cover a square cake with fondant ... I thought it worked really well on the dummy cake.. didn't really have any problems that I remembered icon_smile.gif

Do you think the MMF will last as long on a dummy as the wilton kind?

I'm not real sure... if leaving on your dummy for awhile, I'd probably use the Wilton fondant ... for some reason, I think it may last longer... but I'm not really sure icon_sad.gif

I did some samples last summer, and there is no change in the product. I think MM fondant will last as long as the styrofoam-unless you drop it.

It's an abreviation for Marshmallow Fondant!
