I bought a 50 lb bag of powdered sugar today. YAY! 44 cents a pound! Woohoo!

So...

How should I store this??? icon_eek.gificon_eek.gificon_eek.gificon_eek.gificon_eek.gif

Wow! That is a lot of PS! You could maybe store it in gallon size bags in the freezer or something...

I don't know how to store it..but a good idea would be when you separate it...do the bags in usually how many cups or pounds you use at a time...I know it would make it a lot easier when you go to use it.

Have fun! icon_smile.gif

do you have a food saver? I love mine. I tend to use PS about 3 pounds at a time, so I would make up 3 pound bags, maybe a couple of 1 pounders as well.

unless the cost savings are huge (I get domino's 1lb boxes for 79 cents) I personally wouldn't want to deal with the mess.
