I am just checking that a stick of butter is the equvilant of 250 g for this recipe...

bump....hope someone can help with conversions.
I do know 1 stick of butter is 8 tablespoons if that helps any.

I just checked a package of butter and 1 Tablespoon was 14 grams, so if you multiply that by 8 you get 112 grams.
