I see a lot of cakes that are decorated with molder chocolate. Can someone tell me what that is exactly ? I know that I could make chocolate fondant but that's not what I am looking for.

Thanks

modeling chocolate is really easy to make, I use 14 ounces of candy melts or almond bark to 1/3 cup of corn syrup. Melt the candy and then add the syrup, turn it out on waxed paper and let it sit overnight. Then you just knead it until it's workable. You can use white or chocolate, my husband likes the chocolate because he says it tastes like a tootsie roll.
