I am planning on doing a FBCT on a cake that I am going to frost using Rich's Bettercream. I was wondering if anyone has tried a FBCT using the Bettercream frosting, and if it worked? If not I was going to use the buttercream recipe and put it on top of the Bettercream. Just want to make sure this will work!!!! If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it. icon_smile.gif Thank You!

I use Rich's Bettercreme all the time. I haven't done a FBCT on it yet but plan too. I think it will do just fine. LouAnn

I used Rich's to ice a cake and regular buttercream to do my FBCT and it turned out great. I think Bettercreme is too soft and wouldn't transfer correctly. But maybe someone has tried it and it worked.
