This past weekend Tcturtleshell, Mac and I got together for a Days of Sharing in Longview. I know I, for one, had a great time. It is so fun to get together with people that love the same thing as you do to share what you know and to learn from each other.

We decided we would like to do another one at the first of November before the holiday rush. The two days in concideration are either Nov. 4th (Saturday) or Nov. 5th (Sunday).

If you are in the East Texas area (and/or don't mind a drive to Longview) and would love to join us please weigh in on what day would work best for you. I know we won't be able to please everyone, but we are trying to arrange it on a day that more people would be able to do it.

We need to pick a date soon so we can reserve a place in Longview to have it at. So let us know....

If you answer the poll please be sure to post as well so we know who is interested in joining us.

Texas Kitty, I did't hear back from you for this past week-end. Could have come, but didn't know where to go. Count me in for November, as always Sundays are better for me, Saturdays are the weddings. Let me know.

I'm TexasSugar not TexasKitty. I'm sorry you didn't get the information back so you could join us. Mac ended up doing alot of the planning last time and she will be the one booking the location for the next one. We will definetely keep you up to date, but if we mess up, contact Mac and she will have the information and can give you directions, she gives wonderful directions.

No need to be sorry. TexasKittie and Mac where the ones to contact for the last one. Mac ended up doing alot of the planning and putting it together, so I offered her my help this time.

I know there has to be more of us in the area, right? Come on gals and guys, what could be more fun than getting together with other cake people? icon_wink.gif
