I was actually very shocked to see what mine was! I was SURE it was going to be the beer bucket cake - but it was actually this one:

When I added up the saves from both pictures it adds up to 316!

I NEVER would have guessed that! All I can say is, thanks to all of you - I am so flattered! I mean, I was before, but now that I realize this, I mean WOW! I think the contest really bumped up the views tho.

I am amazed at how many of these cakes I had never seen!

What's the next thread going to be merissa? I can't keep up with all the posts on these threads, but I like having them here to go in and browse!

What a fantastic idea! I can see why these are the cakes with the most saves. CC'ers are such a talented bunch. I am humbled.

It's so funny because your most saved cake isn't always what you think it will be! I figured my shirt cake would be my most popular, but one of my malted chocolate cakes has whipped the shirt cake's butt in sheer volume of how many people saved it as a favorite!! It really shocked me because I just wasn't sure why this was such a hit with so many people!! I like it personally, but didn't think it was that special that people would go so nuts over it! Now, I'm NOT complaining!! I love that people like it!! And I've had more questions on how to do it than most of my other cakes combined!!

People here want the sheet cakes and those are hard to get wow's from. For me anyway. If I remember correctly, Jackie or Heath answered this question before and said that it's based on the number of times the photo has been saved as someone's favorite.

Although it's not the one I spent the most time on or liked the most for that matter. But it by far got the most favorite saves at 100 than any of my other cakes. It was a very simple cake to make and really didn't take long at all.

I spent more time on the tux strawberries than on the actual cake. Had fun making it and it tasted amazing. Everyone's cakes are absolutely amazing. Such a fantastically talented group of people here on CC!!

I am adding 2 photos....the second one (round cake with fresh roses) is the one with the most fav adds on CC, but the first one is MY favorite, followed closely behind with fav adds on CC. I was a little surprised to see the round cake turn out to be the favorite in my gallery! Thanks for all the wonderful pics! It is so much fun to see all the talent we have here in this wonderful group!
