I am wondering what is the best way to go. I need to add some support on my cake sides. I have seen Duff (Ace of Cakes) use Rice Krispies. Or I can just use pieces of left over cake and build it up. What do you all think would be the best bet?

I just made a castle cake and used rice krispies, for the turrets and it worked so well.

I've attached it. Good Luck.
