I can't seem to find it anywhere in the US to order. Does anyone have this book? How did you get it? Where can I find a copy? I saw a beautiful cake made by someone here on CC from that book and it's just beautiful. I would love to have a copy of this book. thanks

You can order it directly from her website but it is directed to Amazon UK.

I bought mine at Barnes and Noble, but I think I saw it at Borders, too. I hope you can find it, it's a good book.

I have it, but ordered it from Amazon UK. Could not wait to get it as I am a big fan of her first book. Romantic Cakes is just as lovely as the first book.

Do you Ebay at all? I have several copies and would be happy to list one for you, but as I am in Australia postage may be pricey. icon_cry.gif
If you have no luck through Borders or, let me know and we can work out timings. It really is a fabulous book!

I ordered mine through my local independent bookstore. Call whichever chain is near you (or my preference a local indie thumbs_up.gif ) and give them the following information:
Pretty Party Cakes: Sweet and Stylish Cakes and Cookies for All Occasions by Peggy Porschen, $30, hardcover, Clarkson Potter, 4/06, ISBN-10: 0307337073. [The book number will help them find it faster.] If they don't have it in stock they should be able to get it for you.

It is available at Amazon, here's the link:

Okay after re-reading your post I realized that you are talking about her newest book. icon_redface.gif It will be available in the U.S. this fall. If you're okay with a British version, you might try this cake supply store:

European Cake Gallery
844 North Crowley Road
Crowley, TX 76036

Sorry about that! HTH!

When you go onto the site the three Here Comes the Cake books come up, click on any of them and it gives a list of available books. They have Romantic Cakes, 50 Easy Party Cakes and others.

Huh, I guess I'm doing something wrong. I found the books, but there weren't any of Peggy's books there and there was only the one page of them. I saw Kerry Vincent's "romantic wedding cakes" book, but I already have that one.

I was in the bargain section at my local Barnes and Noble. They had one copy left of a Peggy Porschen book titled "Beatiful Cakes, Irresistible cakes, and cookies. It was only $!2.98 plus tax. Call your local Barnes and Noble to see if they have it or check the bargain section.

The book has two ISBN numbers:

There were other bargain cake books on sale. I also purchased a book called Cake and Cake Mixes.
