I have been looking for a recipe for a decorating icing that is similar to cool whip consistency and sweetness. ( My family calls it German icing, because it is similar to the icing we had while stationed over there). Our grocery store does it on their cakes and everyone I work with loves it as well, because it isn't too sweet.

The only coolwhip icing I have made was not a great consistency for decorating. But tastes great! I use it on my tres leches cakes. I wish I had a recipe that tasted like that and was good for deco as well.

The recipe for MMF ( Marshmallow Fondant) and RBC ( Rolled Butter Cream) are both listed on this site under recipes. icon_biggrin.gif
