I just saw today in my craft store, that Wilton has one of those silicone baking pans that is 24 small squares................thought wow, petit fours and maybe square cakeballs! I am a little hesitant about the silicone baking pans, has anyone used them and what is your opinion?

I love the silicone baking pans.. I have a loaf pan and mffin pan.. they are good for making chocolate and any/everything else... I make chocolate peanut butter cups/reeses.. in my muffin pan and use my loaf pan for my breads and when I'm making marshmallows... everything just pops right out...I love em'
