I think aome people must have art degrees!!!!! There is so much talent here. I understand people saying they are embarrased to post their pics. I know I will never be able to match or even come close to some of the talented artists on this site. I really liked this cake and thought I posted it earlier

Thank you noosie...the wedding planner had little pallets of fake grass that she wanted all around him. I had never even seen such a thing, but I liked how it looked.

Wow, these cakes are amazing!!!

I haven't done many 3D cakes, but this one is probably my favourite. It was for my son's 8th birthday. The funny thing is he hates cake!!! He didn't even try it!

Here's one of my favs! It's four feet long. It was a real challenge to cover it with one piece of fondant. http://www.cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=438423

Mamac,

My sister is pregnant with her first baby and she wants me to make your baby cake for her baby shower, I told her that I would try if the person that made it is willing to share instructions.
I would really appreciate if you share. Pleeeeeeease!!!

The cakes on this site have been a great inspiration, and I thanks all of you for your hard work, and for posting on this site. It really helps us new guys get the hang of it!

You guys are so good. So here I go -

I love doing 3D's but it is so tricky sometimes and sometimes I just run around the house for a bit with my hands in the air until I feel better about it ... then continue to "save" whatever I'm doing...
