It has been several years - but when my mom was going cakes - she bought the coconut cake mix that came in a big container that wilton use to sell.

It was the BEST cake we ever had - very moist, great flavor etc..

Well since they have stopped making this mix . Does anyone remember this?

We would love to know if anyone has the recipe for this cake mix OR if they know of a place that sells something similar .

This cake mix is for a wedding cake.

Try Duncan Hines cake mixes or any other brand. Did not know that Wilton made mixes.
