I'm an Army brat born in Virginia. I spent most of my growing up years in Land O'Lakes, Florida. No, that's not where they make the butter!! Although it was very, very rural when we moved there in 1970. It's now a bustling suburb of north Tampa.
I've lived in only 2 places in the past 26 years, Boone, North Carolina and Andros Island, Bahamas. Boone is beautiful, but I'm an island girl through and through 
! Now I bake cakes in the islands mon 
and I love it!

And hey, I can't forget my people from Mississippi. My parents were born and raised there. And ladybug, my grandparents had a farm and still raise cows. They're about 1hr from me. So peaceful to get away to. Mississippi....can't hear ya!

I am from North Carolina...born and raised in a tiny town called Collettsville which is at the foot of the mountains! Married into another small town (at least this one has stop lights and fast food ) called Conover, about an hour west of Charlotte.
We are small and country, but it is so nice and peaceful!!!
I'm in the Beaver Falls, PA area. about 45 mins NW from Pittsburgh. Have been in PA for about 5 years now. Before that, grand ole' Ohio.

We live in Chapel Trail. My daughter goes to pre-school right next to you. She goes to A Children's Carousel right there probably walking distance from your house. How funny. We almost moved to Shenandoah. We actually had an offer on a house, but pulled out because we found out the teenager next door had a band in his garage!
We should definitely meet. That would be fun!
