I don't know if they are on DVD or just VCR tapes, but Nicholas Lodge provides excellent instructions. Clear instructions, good pictures.
Has anyone used a DVD to learn how to make flowers? If so what is a good one?
I'd recommend the video's from Lorraine's cake and candy supply, Hanover, MA The viseo's are pretty step by step. She also has a school on the premises. Her web site is : WWW.Lorrainescakesupply.com
Francis Kuyper has video's and DVD's. I've only watched the one on airbrushing and it was pretty good but more demonstrational than instructional, although she does amazing work.
www.cakesbydesign.cc - scott clark woolley. he's a great teacher and his DVD's are wonderful.
I purchased those from cakesmadeeasy and they are great, as are their new cookie videos and ebooks.
go to www.youtube.com and search the term "decorating cakes" you will find links to several videos and dvd previews. The previews are pretty good and give you an idea of which one you like best.
