I agree. I have altered it but the basic recipe is the bones to my recipe and other similar recipes.

I just copied the recipe and pasted it on a word document then printed.

By the way, if you have never made this, it is delicious!

I know this is an old thread, and I know this curd recipe can be used for orange. Does anyone use the curd recipe and had success with it, and tried it with other fruit? I'm wondering if it'll work with raspberry, lemon, mango or strawberry. What do you think? I've tried making a strawberry curd in the past and it just tasted like strawberry flavoured butter. I've made Rose Levy Beranbaum's passionfruit recipe before and it's delicious,  but wondering if there is something out there that will thicken up a bit more. Also, I want to find a versatile recipe that will work with any fruit. Any thoughts?
