Does anyone know where I can find out the best way to make up a bouquet of flowers and ribbons to put on the top of a cake, I missed my last college day yesterday and need to find out how best to put the flowers on the cake.

Any help would be appreciated.

i would get a flower arranging book, that will give you some ideas, for how to put the flowers together

Now if you are asking how to place fresh flowers on the cake. First don't stick a bare stem into the cake. Make sure you have flowers that haven't been sprayed with pesticides. You should also lay a barrier of parchment under the fresh flowers so that they aren't right into your cake, this would be especially important if you don't know about the pesticides. Also, make sure your aren't using poisonous flowers.
