Cake Flour Vs. All Purpose

what is the difference in using cake flour and all purpose flour? i see alot of recipes give a recipe from scratch using all purpose. what if i used cake flour instead of all purpose, would that make a differece? i want to try and use the swan cake flour. any ideas?
