I made a big batch of MMF a few days ago and put it in the fridge. I wasn't sure what the best storage method is and how long it might last? I'd like to use it on a cake this weekend but if its going to be a pain in the butt to get to a usable state I'll just start over.

I always put my MMF in the microwave about 25-30 seconds before I use it and brings it back to a soft state. Hope this will work for you.
