hi...need some advice. I have a cake cooling but would like to finish it before midnight so I was going to put it in the freezer...should I wrap it? and, since I've never done that before, will it remain moist.
ANY suggestions are appreciated.
How long are you planning to leave it in the freezer? If you throw it in there for 15 min to cool I can't imagine that you'd need to worry about it much.
However...if you want to finish it tomorrow instead of staying up late tonight then I would wrap it up. Just my two cents worth.
