Wedding Cake For A Max Of 50???

what size round cakes should i use? I just dont want it to be extremely small looking...any ideas?!!!

A 10 inch, and 8 inch would give you 62 servings then a 6 inch top for them to keep....wouldn't be huge, but I think it would work.

OR.....you could do a 12 inch round (56 servings) and a 6 inch topper to keep and do a pillar design instead of a stacked.

Definitely pillar constraction, because if you do stacked, it will look miniature, and I'm sure you and your customer wouldn't want that.

I had a small wedding (51 people) and my cake was a 10", 8", and 6" top (stacked and tiered - see attachment). I don't think it looked small with the setup.
