If you are renting a kitchen, does that mean that you still can't bake some under the radar at home? I know it's risky and maybe not worth the risk. But how would they know which was baked where?

legally you are not allowed to bake anything for public consumption, nor store anything that will be used in what you give to the public, at home...

And no they would not know what was baked where.

FYI in Solano county they do allow for "Personal Chefs" who are supposed to cook at the customers facility. that may be an option in other counties as well
