I had so much luck with my last post - everyone was so helpful - this is such an excellent community of people.
Alright, so my client would like me to make a half and half Chocolate and White fondant wedding cake, and I have a couple of thoughts regarding how I might go about it. But I would love any advice about technique from people who have done this before. Any thoughts??

That is a beautiful cake. I'm not sure how you go about it but here is a link to another black and white cake I have in my favs. You could always pm her and ask her advice.
