Has anyone ever subbed flavored coffee creamer for the milk in a cake or bc recipe? I bake from scratch if that matters. I thought it might be yummy but if it is a mistake then maybe you all could warn me. TIA!

I substitued hazlenut coffee creamer for milk in my wedding cake.

Everyone loved it.

I often use hazlenut and Amaretto. French Vanilla and Irish Cream also give nice mello flavors.

Go for it.
